Because of the unique and time-intensive nature of the Nadi reading process, we kindly inform our clients that refunds are not applicable once the Nadi reading has been completed. The process of identifying and matching the correct palm leaf involves dedication, time, and spiritual procedures. Once your leaf has been found, the reading begins and the information delivered is based entirely on what is written in the ancient palm leaves. The reading often includes details like your name, your parents’ names, marital status, career, health, past life karma, and future guidance. All of this is already written by sages and we do not have the authority to alter or manufacture it. The service we offer is purely a transmission of what has already been divinely recorded.

Due to this sacred and spiritually guided process, we do not entertain refund requests after the reading is completed, regardless of whether the predictions or remedies provided match your expectations or beliefs. Nadi astrology is not a commercial service—it is a spiritual consultation based on karmic truths. Many clients have experienced life-changing transformations and deep healing by following the remedies prescribed through the reading, which include temple visits, poojas, mantras, and acts of charity. The only instance where a refund is applicable is when we are unable to locate your Nadi leaf even after multiple attempts based on your thumb impression. In such cases, we believe in fairness and transparency, and we will initiate a full refund. Your trust is valuable to us and if we are unable to fulfill our responsibility of providing the reading due to the unavailability of your leaf, we do not wish to keep any donation or fee unjustly.
