By accessing the services of our centre, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions that govern our practices, procedures, and consultations. Our readings are based on palm-leaf manuscripts that are believed to be written by sages thousands of years ago. These leaves are matched using the individual’s thumb impression and are read with deep reverence and spiritual discipline. The Nadi readings are not a replacement for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters. While many clients have reported profound personal transformation after following the suggested remedies, results may vary from person to person based on karmic factors and the intensity of devotion in following the remedies provided. Our centre does not promise or guarantee specific outcomes from the readings or the remedies.

All readings are conducted with complete confidentiality. Personal details such as name, date of birth, and thumb impression are used only for the purpose of identifying the correct palm leaf. These details are not shared with any third party and are treated with the utmost respect and privacy. Audio or video recordings of the reading are permitted only with prior consent. The copyright of any content derived during the reading remains with the centre and the reader, and unauthorized use or reproduction of the content is strictly prohibited.

Clients are advised to arrive on time for their scheduled readings. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require advance notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund. Advance booking is recommended due to the traditional process of leaf search and preparation. The consultation fee includes the reading of the main Kandam (chapter) and varies if additional chapters or remedies are required. The fees for remedies, if prescribed, are separate and are to be paid only if the client chooses to perform them.

The remedies suggested in Nadi astrology are rooted in Vedic traditions and may include visiting specific temples, performing homams (fire rituals), chanting mantras, wearing rudrakshas, and observing fasting on certain days. These spiritual remedies are provided as a means to balance karmic energies and are recommended based on the information in the Nadi leaf. The decision to follow the remedies is entirely voluntary. Our centre and Guruji Suman Swamy shall not be held liable for any personal or external circumstances resulting from the remedies, as they are spiritual in nature and rely on the client’s faith and commitment.
